Type: Full-time (Night Shift – U.S. Hours)

Work Week: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday is weekly off)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

Note - Verbal Communication needs to be excellent for US / international calling.

What You’ll Be Doing (Don’t worry, we train you on everything!)

• Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
\n
• Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest
\n
• Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents
\n
• Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS
\n
• Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
\n
• Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques
\n
• Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 months
\n
