Jr. Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Jr. Sales Consultant with strong client-facing and field sales experience to drive business development for our ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication and face-to-face meetings and willing to visit customer/client locations whenever required.

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Work Mode: WFO + Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
\n
• Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and identify suitable ERP solutions.
\n
• Conduct client presentations and coordinate with technical teams for demos.
\n
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
\n
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and achieve assigned targets.
\n

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development / ERP or Software Sales.
\n
• Field sales experience is mandatory.
\n
• Candidates with local sales experience from any sector are welcome.
\n
• Experience in sectors such as Banking, Loans, Cards, Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, etc. can be considered.
\n
• Must be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and local travel.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
\n
• Target-oriented, confident, and proactive approach.
\n
• MBA / PGDM is preferred.
\n
• ERP/IT/SaaS/software sales experience will be an added advantage.
\n
• Industry background is open to any sector.
