Network Engineer - Aruba certified ,Meraki SD-WAN, CCNP,

Night Shift ( 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

Onsite: Noida

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and support a multi-vendor network infrastructure spanning wireless, SD-WAN, security, and physical cabling. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting skill combined with the ability to make higher-level architecture decisions.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

Wireless Networking

\n
• Aruba Wireless Access Points (WAPs) — deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
\n
• Aruba Central — cloud-based management, monitoring, firmware updates, and group policy configuration
\n
• 802.1X/WPA2-Enterprise authentication troubleshooting (RADIUS/NPS integration a plus)
\n

SD-WAN / Core Networking

\n
• Cisco Meraki SD-WAN — MX security appliances, AutoVPN configuration, site-to-site connectivity
\n
• BGP — peering configuration, route advertisement/redistribution, and troubleshooting multi-homed environments
\n
• Dell switches — VLAN configuration, port security, stacking, and firmware management
\n

Security

\n
• Palo Alto Networks firewalls — policy creation, NAT/security rules, threat prevention, and log analysis
\n
• General network security architecture and segmentation best practices
\n

Physical Infrastructure

\n
• Structured network cabling — installation, termination, and troubleshooting (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber a plus)
\n
• NVR (Network Video Recorder) systems — network integration, bandwidth planning, and PoE switch configuration for camera systems
\n

Core Competencies

\n
• Strong diagnostic and root-cause troubleshooting skills across a multi-vendor environment
\n
• Ability to document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
\n
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing across infrastructure, security, and end-user support needs
\n
• Clear communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Aruba ACMA/ACMP, Palo Alto PCNSA, or Meraki certifications)
\n
• Experience in a healthcare, education, or nonprofit IT environment with compliance/security requirements
\n
• Familiarity with identity and access management or conditional access/device compliance policies
