Network Engineer L3

Experience: 8-15 years

Location: Any Genpact Location

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Mandatory Skills: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Meraki SD-WAN, Terraform, SD-WAN

Responsibilities

\n
• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across various data centers and cloud environments.
\n
• Manage advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
\n
• Implement and maintain firewall and SD-WAN policies on Cisco ASA, and Meraki appliances.
\n
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
\n
• Monitor network performance through SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk integrations.
\n
• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
\n
• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
\n
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
\n

Qualifications we seek in you!

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Networking, or related field.
\n
• Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in enterprise networking and SD-WAN administration.
\n
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and firewall/SD-WAN management (Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto).
\n
• Experience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, and automation using Ansible/Terraform.
\n

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\n
• Primary: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Meraki SD-WAN, Fortinet, SolarWinds, Terraform, Ansible, Splunk.
\n
• Secondary: AWS VPC, Azure VNet, ExpressRoute, VPN, ServiceNow.
\n
• Certifications: CCNP, Meraki CMSS, PCNSE, or AWS Networking Specialty.
