Role - Functional Consultant
Required Functional Skill Set - Oracle HCM Cloud: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), Core HR
Good to have Technical Skill Set - OTBI Reports, BI Reports, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM REST APIs
Experience Range - 5 to 10 Years
Location - Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Desired Competencies
Strong understanding with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud application, especially Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), Core HR
Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Reports
Excellent communications skills
Customer and stakeholder management
Good-to-Have
Experience with HDL data loads, and basic HCM REST API and HCM extracts
