PARTNER – BOUTIQUE PRIVATE EQUITY CONSULTING – (STRATEGY / VALUE CREATION / CDD) – INDIA

Our client is a respected international boutique strategy consulting firm in growth mode across India and the Middle East. The firm have strong credentials in the Private Equity fraternity, both internationally and in India. We seek a dynamic independent tenured Strategy Consulting Partner to drive PE relationships in India.

The Position:

• Work with your own and internal PE networks to acquire strategic consulting projects across Growth strategy, CDD, Value Creation & Digital / AI transformation in portfolio companies.
• Act as thought leader in the Private Equity sector, speaking at events and creating IP.
• Build the team and its capabilities to be top of class in the PE consulting fraternity.
• Help to define the firm’s value proposition in the sector and go to market strategy.

Requirements:

• Min 2- 5 years working as a Partner in a similar boutique consulting firm or larger player, where you have carved out a business independently.
• You will have an entrepreneurial outlook and enjoy being hands on with client projects and developing your team.
• At least 10 years working with Private Equity clients as a consultant, delivering Strategy, CDD and Value creation projects
• You will enjoy working independently and the freedom to develop business without constraint.
