Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

We‘re looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our tool room and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CNC machining and a proven track record of leading production teams in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day plant and tool room operations.
\n
• Drive production planning to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
\n
• Manage and mentor supervisors, programmers, engineers, and machine operators.
\n
• Optimise machine utilisation and improve operational efficiency.
\n
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, and Quality teams.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
\n
• 7+ years of experience in tool room or precision manufacturing.
\n
• Hands-on experience with CNC Machines is mandatory.
\n
• Proven experience leading production teams and shop floor operations.
\n
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and drawings.
\n
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing is preferred.
