Qualifications:
- MBA with minimum 0 - 4 years of sales experience,
- Good academic background
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Driving new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right IndiaMART solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and servicing.
- Managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to conversion and onboarding.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and driving customer retention and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams and managing key stakeholder interactions effectively.
- Maintaining accurate sales and customer-related data and ensuring timely follow-ups.
