Job Description
Senior ServiceNow with HRSD
Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days
Location: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore
Key Skills: HRSD must be very strong with 5+ years of experience in same skill
Employment Type: Only FTE (Fulltime)
Support hours: IST & Overlapping hours if PST (till 12.30 am IST)
Must have 7+ years of experience in modules ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery(HRSD)
Some experience with CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation
Reports and Dashboard
Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow.
Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
ServiceNow Release upgrade testing
ServiceNow Application security administration
User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
