- Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration \n
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors \n
- Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs \n
- Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer \n
- Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements \n
- Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions \n
