\nShift: Evening Shift
\nExperience: 4+ Years in US Residential Mortgage
\nNotice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
\nNote: Only candidates with experience in US Residential Mortgage will be considered. Profiles with Commercial Mortgage experience will not be shortlisted.
\nKey Responsibilities & Skills
\nHands-on experience in Pre-Underwriting, LO Assistant, File Setup, and Third-Party Orders (WVOE, HOI, Payoff, VVOE, etc.)
\nStrong understanding of the Loan Origination Process
\nExpertise in Income Calculations (W2, Variable Income, Self-Employed, Rental) – High Priority
\nSolid knowledge of the 4 C's of Underwriting: Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral
\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
\nProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office tools
