Role Overview

The Vice President – Growth will be responsible for driving the company's revenue

strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships,

and leading high-impact sales and strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of

strategic thinking, consultative selling, leadership, and market expertise to achieve

sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall growth strategy aligned with the organization's

business objectives.

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market clients.

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with CXOs, senior stakeholders,

and strategic partners.

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, proposal

development, negotiations, and deal closure.

• Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential revenue

streams.

• Collaborate with internal teams including Strategy, Media, Analytics, Creative,

and Delivery to create compelling client solutions.

• Lead client pitches, presentations, and commercial discussions.

• Build and manage a high-performing business development team, providing

coaching and mentorship.

• Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business

reporting.

• Work closely with the leadership team to define long-term growth initiatives and

expansion strategies.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

to strengthen the company's market presence.


Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, consulting, or growth roles within digital marketing, advertising, media, technology, or SaaS organizations.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, analytics, AI, eCommerce, and customer acquisition.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience handling large enterprise accounts.

• Ability to build strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Highly analytical, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.

• Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies or consulting firms is highly desirable
