About the Role

• We’re looking for an AI Video Editor – Motion Graphics with 1–2 years of experience who can combine strong video editing and motion design skills with an AI-first approach to content creation. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create engaging, high-quality video content while using AI to experiment, move faster and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

The charter for this role will include:

• Edit and create short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns and performance marketing.
\n
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography and visual effects.
\n
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, video assets, animations, voiceovers and other creative elements.
\n
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing and motion graphics to create polished content.
\n
• Take a brief, idea or script and turn it into a finished video with minimal supervision.
\n
• Create multiple creative variations quickly for social and performance campaigns.
\n
• Experiment with new AI video tools, editing techniques and visual formats.
\n
• Build efficient AI-assisted workflows across ideation, production and post-production.
\n
• Work closely with creative, content and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life.
\n

Ideal Persona:

\n
• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics or a similar creative role.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
\n
• Good understanding of motion design, animation, typography, pacing and visual storytelling.
\n
• Hands-on experience with AI creative/video tools and a genuine interest in experimenting with them.
\n
• Someone who can create visuals from scratch, not just edit existing footage.
\n
• Strong visual taste with an understanding of what works for social and digital content.
\n
• Fast, curious and comfortable experimenting with new tools and formats.
\n
• Able to take feedback, iterate quickly and deliver within tight timelines.
\n
• Bonus: Experience with tools such as **Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs or similar.
