Position: Help Desk Support Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Key Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (B1 CEFR level or above)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Mid-level troubleshooting skills
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues using SOPs and Knowledge Base articles
• Experience supporting users through Chat, Phone, and Email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

Technical Skills

• Basic troubleshooting experience on:
• Windows
• Mac OS
• Linux
• Chrome OS
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• User support and issue resolution
• Documentation and ticket management
• Escalation handling and incident management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via Phone, Chat, and Email
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-related issues
• Follow documented troubleshooting procedures and knowledge articles
• Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution
• Support deployment of new processes, SOPs, and system changes
