Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Basic Technical Support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in SAAS.

- Provide technical assistance to international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
