Role: Windows Server Admin / Hyper-V Team Lead (L3) Experience: 8-12 Years Location: Offshore (Hyderabad) Key Skills Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019/2022) Hyper-V Administration and Troubleshooting Hyper-V Clustering & High Availability Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy PowerShell Scripting & Automation Performance Tuning, Patching, Backup & Disaster Recovery Incident, Problem & Change Management Responsibilities Provide L3 support for Windows Server and Hyper-V infrastructure. Manage Hyper-V hosts, clusters, virtual machines, and migrations. Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and perform RCA. Lead a team of administrators and handle customer escalations. Drive platform stability, security compliance, and operational excellence. Develop automation and process improvement initiatives using PowerShell. Preferred Skills Azure Administration / Hybrid Cloud SCVMM ITIL Foundation Certification Team Lead Expectations Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. Experience managing enterprise environments and critical incidents.
